Pokemon Spring Battle Road

We will host our next Pokemon Battle Road on Saturday, May 18th. Registration is from 11-1130am with round one starting at 11:45am. Format is Modified Constructed. This a FREE event to play in!.
DMIG will also be running a Pack Tournament starting at approximately 3pm. Entry fee is $5 and each player will receive a Booster Pack for entering. Prizes will be awarded to the top two players in each age category.
Pokémon Battle Road Spring 2012 – 2013
The Pokémon® Spring Battle Roads are premier events where players in each of the three POP-recognized age categories can compete to build their ratings (K value of 4)
The divisions currently are:
Junior Division: Born in 2002 or later
Senior Division: Born in 1998, 1999, 2000 or 2001
Masters Division: Born in 1997 or earlier
You can win Championship points… and Participants will receive 1 Play! Point just for participating!
Prizes for each of three age groups
1st place: 4 boosters + a Gold Victory Cup card + 15 Championship points
2nd place: 4 boosters + a Silver Victory Cup card + 12 Championship point (must be at least 4 players in age group)
3rd place: 2 boosters + a Bronze Victory Cup card
4th place: 2 boosters
If there are at least 8 players in the age group -3rd & 4th place receive 10 championship points
If there are at least 32 players in the age group – 5th through 8th places receive 6 championship points

You can print out a decklist and bring it with you
Players bring their decks with them. Each deck needs to have exactly 60 cards, with no more than 4 of any card except basic energy cards. Cards from the following sets are legal for the 2012-2013 season as of September 1, 2012:

Bring your POP ID card, if you have one. If you don’t have a POP ID, one will be given to you at the event.
Dragon’s Maze Game Day
Saturday, May 25th 6PM
How will Dragon’s Maze change the Standard format? Come play in the Game Day tournament and find out! Each player will receive a special Full Art Trostani’s Summoner card just for participating. The top 8 players will receive a Full Art Melek, Izzet Paragon card, and the winner of the event receives the Champions Playmat!
Cost of the event is $5, and 1.5 packs per player will be placed in the prize pool. If you played in the Modern EDH tournament earlier in the day, you will receive a FREE entry into the Game Day tournament!
